SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are normally dispatched within 3–4 working days after order confirmation.
  • We ship through trusted courier partners and provide a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
  • Most deliveries are completed within 6–10 working days. However, delays may occur during sales periods or due to artisan availability.

Where Do We Deliver?

  • We deliver worldwide to all valid street addresses.
  • Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a complete address with the correct PIN/ZIP code.
  • Deliveries are made during regular working hours, which may vary by country.
  • No shipments are processed on Sundays or public holidays. Courier companies may follow different holiday schedules.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING across India.
  • Please ensure your postal address and PIN code are accurate to avoid delays.
  • For deliveries to colleges, schools, or hostels, Kalagramhii is not responsible if the package is refused or remains undelivered.
  • If you have a preferred delivery date, mention it in the gift message box while placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate the request, but delivery on the preferred date cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

  • International shipping charges are calculated separately.
  • Shipping costs depend on package weight, size, destination, and courier service.

Delivery Timelines

Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses

  • For international orders, address changes are not permitted after the order is placed.

  • Orders are not insured by default. Customers may opt for shipping insurance at an additional cost of approximately ₹1,500.

Order Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped or delivered.
  • Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation Processing Time

  • Cancellation is applicable only for regular-priced items.
