Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are normally dispatched within 3–4 working days after order confirmation.
  • We ship through trusted courier partners and provide a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
  • Most deliveries are completed within 6–10 working days. However, delays may occur during sales periods or due to artisan availability.

Where Do We Deliver?

  • We deliver worldwide to all valid street addresses.
  • Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a complete address with the correct PIN/ZIP code.
  • Deliveries are made during regular working hours, which may vary by country.
  • No shipments are processed on Sundays or public holidays. Courier companies may follow different holiday schedules.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING across India.
  • Please ensure your postal address and PIN code are accurate to avoid delays.
  • For deliveries to colleges, schools, or hostels, Kalagramhii is not responsible if the package is refused or remains undelivered.
