Minor variations are natural in handcrafted products and add uniqueness to every piece.

What is Kalagramhii’s Free Replacement Policy?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.

What if the replacement product is out of stock?

You will either receive a full refund or may choose a different product of equal or lesser value.

What if Kalagramhii says return/replacement isn’t possible?

Return or replacement requests may be declined if:

  • The request is made after 2 days of delivery
  • The product has been used, damaged, or is not in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, or invoice is missing
  • The item is made-to-order or purchased during sale

REFUNDS

I haven’t received my refund yet. Why?

If your refund has been confirmed, it is currently being processed. Delays may occur due to your payment provider. Please contact us if it exceeds the promised timeframe.

What is the maximum refund amount?

Refunds will not exceed the actual value of the product purchased.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Can I cancel my order?
  • Prepaid and custom-made orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  • International and bulk order cancellations are not accepted.
  • COD orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed via phone or email.
  • Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Domestic Orders:
All costs are included in the product price.

International Orders:
Shipping charges are calculated separately. Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes must be paid by the buyer.
